More than 30 million adults in the United States have kidney disease and the number is increasing every year. The most common causes are Diabetes and High blood pressure but a variety of other conditions can also lead to kidney disease and failure. In earlier stages this is mostly a silent disease and can be detected by routine lab testing of blood and urine at your primary care office. Identifying the condition early can lead to appropriate care which can reduce or reverse progression of the disease. Please talk with your health care provider if your lab test result shows increased creatinine levels, reduced GFR, blood or protein in the urine so that you can be referred early for proper diagnosis and appropriate management to reverse or slow progression of the disease.

Whether you've been recently diagnosed, you're prepping for a transplant, or preparing for dialysis, our goal is to help you lead as normal a life as possible through treatment.

We'll Help Guide You With Routine Monitoring and Healthy Lifestyle Changes
