Luis D. Torres, MD
Dr. Torres was born and raised in Puerto Rico. He has two beautiful kids, a son and a daughter and is happily married. He joined the ARMY back in 1998, where he was trained as a Medical specialist at Fort Sam Houston. Hobbies include, reading, spending time with his family and playing golf. He is also an Avid whisky collector and a connoisseur and a historian.
